HUGO'S BRASSERIE

HuGo's is an informal restaurant with stylish surroundings and a friendly relaxed atmosphere.  Our new modern a la carte menu, created by Executive Chef Alan Bromley, features an eclectic fusion of Continental and British food and the wine list is as imaginative as it is extensive.

Note:  Restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings but bar menu and room service available.

ROOM SERVICE

Dine in the comfort of your room.  An extensive menu is offered 06.30am - 11.00pm.  Light snacks available after this time.
